Everything is made to order, so timing matters more here than on an ordinary shop. This page answers the four questions we get asked most: how long it takes, where we deliver, what it costs, and what happens on the day of the service.
Every product page shows an earliest arrival date rather than the rule, so you never have to work it out yourself. Dates inside the making time cannot be selected at checkout.
We deliver to the funeral home, the church, or a home address — whichever suits. Tributes going to a service are timed to arrive before it starts. If flowers are going to a funeral director, add their name at checkout and we will coordinate directly with them.
Because everything is made by hand to your specification, please tell us as early as you can if something changes. Ring the studio and we will do everything we reasonably can to help.
Hydration is key. Always trim your stems at a 45-degree angle before placing them in fresh water. This increases the surface area for water absorption, keeping your blooms vibrant for longer.
